If we were hiring someone to work on our own home, we’d want to know how they’re protecting the property, who’s checking the work, how they document damage, and what they’ll provide if insurance gets involved.

Pretty basic stuff when somebody’s working over your head. Literally. 😂

A properly designed system brings fresh air in through intake vents near the lower portion of the roof and allows hot, humid air to escape through exhaust vents higher up. That continuous airflow helps control attic temperature and moisture while protecting the roof deck, insulation, and the rest of your roofing system.
