With trips the last week we took, didn’t forget our 14 year anniversary, it seems like yesterday and scared as hell, we stood the distance!! With the advancement in everyone going to social media with, “likes and “shares” we never intended that much technology to be in the forefront of the world we are living in, but welcome you are here! whether we like it or not,But we live on relationships made, words of mouth and referrals and dam good work. We lost some customers, gained some customers, made some mad, but after 14 years there is still growing pains as in any businesses. But the customers who stick by me know what they get. Does price matter why yes, but being the lowest or cheapest isn’t the way any business should be run, the value behind your work and the 30 years backing it, every day learning something, forgetting something, and trying to remember something you just did!! But that is how life rolls!! Again i always thank my 2 main people who stood by me fighting and praising , Jon Kane and Todd Harrington, we fight we party we work hard and we do our thing! As the world changes with lack of people in the trades not just plumbing, heating and gas work, our worth is getting more and more noticed. We need the younger generation to stand up do the hard work and keep the world going, because all of us our showing our age and our body’s hurt, but we push on because its our job!! Whether it’s a pandemic or bad weather we don’t shut down or get furloughed home, because people need the services we provide! Better then the post office saying used to go that us older generation know so well. I will never be the cheapest, but i answer phone in timely fashion and try my best to get my customers issued resolved in a timely fashion! Thank you again my customers, friends, family,contractors, restaurant owners,property mangers and everyone in between here is to another year fighting the fight! Thank you all sincerely!!
