Skim coat 4 layers with sanding between for a smooth as possible finish with keeping proper slopes to drains.

Very proud to say, our oldest son has graduated from Carlson High-school and plans on joining our team over the summer. So when you see him on the job, say Congratulations!!. A moment as a father i will never forget. And a big congratulations to all the other down river graduates!!

When materials for a job dont come in when expected for install, its a huge bummer for all parties involved. But hey, we dont stress over things we cannot control and in the end we always find a solution. With that being said. cheers!!! to a surprise day off work and enjoying some much needed time in nature with my beautiful wife! Every day doesn't have to be a business day 😀😄

Not everyday you get the unicorn of jobs, wide open and empty! Quick 1000 sqft of LVP layed down for phase 1. Absolutly Beautiful flooring Sold by Perfect Floors, Inc.

Scrapped concrete of drywall mud and other stuck materials

Raised toilet area 1/2in with plywood, drill&plug/v***r barrier to meet fl**ge height and level.

Skim coat to level remainder of bathroom floor

Installed LVP over 6mill v***r barrier

Couldn't be more proud of my apprentice and myself on this one. Pushed ourselves and got this all done in 3 days. We absolutely loved installing this brand of hardwood that Perfect Floors, Inc. Sold their client's! Everything went together so smoothly threw the entire install. And i was impressed with the quality of wood. No bows, no bends, not even a single split. As always another flawless finish and 100% satisfied customer.

Prepped and raised drain 1/2 inch for proper slope

Installed new drain cover

Installed 6mill poly underlayment

Installed Cortec PRO LVP

Installed new base moldings including caulk.
