This is what we do at Fogleman & Associates. We create custom luxury living spaces with an obsession for detail. ✨
For this project, we completely gutted the original kitchen and expanded the footprint with a full addition off the back of the home. Every element was designed and built with precision, new aluminum-clad Pella casement windows and sliding doors, full custom white oak cabinetry, and panel-ready Sub-Zero appliances that maintain the seamless cabinet aesthetic. 🔨🏡
We brought in fresh air ventilation for a massive 60” Wolf gas range, crowned with a custom fluted black hood that anchors the entire space. Everywhere you look, the craftsmanship speaks for itself: Taj Mahal quartzite countertops with waterfall edges, white oak floating shelves with routed LED underlighting, and white oak trim carried throughout for a cohesive architectural finish. 🔥🍽️
The tile floor laced perfectly with hardwood inlays, the herringbone tile cut with millimeter accuracy, and the custom glass shelving beside the wine cooler showcase the level of detail we demand on every project. ✨🪵
This is luxury at its highest level, and this is what we love to create. A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. The result is absolutely stunning.
