Iā€™VE LOST OVER 90LBS and one of the ways I do that is by making sure I always have foods around that I love :) Wilde chips have been a huge part of my journey. I love a crunchy salty snack but I love hitting my protein goals more!! Buffalo are a 10/10, we give the ranch 9/10!! Another winnn.

Third grade was the first time I debated taking my life. And I donā€™t mean thoughts here & there, I mean I had a whole plan set in place. That was not the only time. Those thoughts followed me far into my 20ā€™s. Iā€™d be lying if there hasnā€™t been a season or two in my 30ā€™s as well. All of this to say- I know Iā€™m not alone. Thereā€™s a lot of people who struggle when it comes to, just living. And if you can relate to that please know I love you, and that youā€™re not alone. I see you. And I cannot promise that this life will be perfect, but I can promise it will always get better. You are loved.
