Tim Nelson began learning the art of home construction at a very young age working with his dad and grandfather at their construction company in southern California. While gaining a great deal of hands-on and in-the-field knowledge and experience, he observed and learned the crafts of all phases of home remodeling including the importance of customer relationships, trade contractor relationships a

nd management of those trade contractors, material choices, maintaining project budget and project schedule. Tim is personally invested in every project and you will find him on site just about everyday. Sometimes, on occasion, you can catch Tim on a job with his bags on demolishing a kitchen or bathroom, framing a new wall, installing cabinets or using his finsih carpentry skills. When you are a third generation contractor like Tim is it’s in your blood to get your hands dirty and work side by side with other hard working people.
