BHB finished up 2015 with a very elegant Master Bathroom upgrade in the Scottsdale area -- This project allowed us to work with an Interior Designer and the BHB Remodeling Team of Dodge Electric, Ideal Plumbing, Central Arizona Supply, Pro Source, L& L Mirror & Glass, On A Mission Painting and the tile setters Tom & Andy -- Our Home owner was very pleased with with the final results. It will rank as one that could result in an recognition for Design and Finishes. BHB Design Team worked directly with the homeowner to develop a plan that would upgraded an original upscale builders standard Guest Bathroom, into approx 90 square foot European Contemporary Guest Bathroom. The Project Team met with the customer to develop a plan that include quality wall tile, custom designed floating vanity, and a walking rain shower. The project was completed within budget and exceeded the owners expectations, finishing mid 2015. This project provided similar European Contemporary Design features that matched the owners Master Bathroom project that was completed by the BHB Team in late 2014 adding final Touches of Elegance to their residence -- which also included upgrading a powder room.

The following was some of the list project REQUIREMENTS
*THE Walk in Shower – IMPULSE Rain Shower, separate Hand Sprayer
*Remove bathtub and resized the space into a low curb walk in shower
*Replace existing Vanity and replaced it with a custom floating double sink
*Remove the wall separation between the vanity and shower room
*Providing a spacious open shower
*Install a Fusion Lighted Vanity Mirror
*Remove in-wall Medicine Cabinet
*Provide Hard Surface Quartz Counters on Vanity
*Flooring to match the existing that is through out the rest of the residence
*Provide some linen storage in the vanity
*Design criteria was to provide simple lines with "A Touch of European Elegance"
*Glass partition was in set to provide a frameless mounting

BHB TEAM and their sub contractors have been working together and progressed to the Final Stages of the transformation of the Kitchen Renovation in Scottsdale. Working long hours they have successfully enhanced the overall living space. The changing of walls to make room for a NEW Laundry Room, building a large walk in Pantry, the re-design of a Kitchen work Triangle, and providing custom designed cabinets. The highlights of the space includes a causal eating bar, and finally with large picture windows in the NEW Eating Nook that overlooks the Spa like back yard -- The teams are working on the final phase of work to install of counters, finish painting, set the custom back splash, install the wood flooring and installation of the lighting, plumbing fixtures, and appliances all focusing on finishing the project in the next couple weeks.

BHB is in the final stages of a major Kitchen Renovation Project that started mid February in a Scottsdale community north of Stagecoach and east of Pima Rd. These are a few of the PRE-CONSTRUCTION Photos of the current space that will be changed by adding an eat in nook that has a view of the Greater Phoenix Valley, adding a dedicated laundry room, and transforms a kitchen into an efficient working space and adds a full walk in pantry.

OUR Habitat for Humanity Team builders, "Building for Christ" coalition completed their most recent project in Apache Junction. We came together last Saturday and celebrated the dedication services on February 7. The event was well attended and in conclusion there was an announcement by Habitat Leadership that there was soon to be an family for the home.
The attached pictures show the work that was accomplished by the dedicated team of volunteers working over just over 12 weeks every Saturday with the unique team leaders that transitioned a "TEAR DOWN" eye sore of the neighborhood to a very unique styled home that became the envy of the block. All new plumbing and bathrooms, state of the art air conditioning, new flooring and roof, complete new kitchen and NEW master bedroom. THANKS to a lot of hard work by dedicated members from the 11 Lutheran Churches in the Greater Phoenix Valley this neighborhood has been touched.

During a regularly scheduled meeting of the Greater Phoenix Chapter, the Board of Directors approved their application. NARI has some of the highest standards for the remodeling industry and Behrmann Home Basics is proud to now be part of this organization and will continue to deliver to their customers in accordance with these standards as published under the NARI Code of Ethics.
