Superior Heating and Cooling is growing and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
This is a lead-level position for a driven individual who is ready to step in, perform at a high level, and grow with the business as we expand.
This is a hands-on lead role — installs, service, and the professionalism to represent us the right way. You will be expected to handle both sides of the trade as part of your role.
If you’re looking for a place to simply punch a clock, this will not be the right fit.
If you take pride in your work, hold yourself to a high standard, and want to be part of building something long-term — we should talk.
✅THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has strong installation experience and can lead full system installs from start to finish
• Is highly capable in sheet metal fabrication and installation — clean, efficient, and professional
• Can confidently handle service calls, diagnostics, and repairs
• Works independently when needed, but also collaborates effectively as part of a crew — especially on installs
• Communicates clearly with customers and builds trust
• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
• Is motivated, dependable, and driven to grow with the company
• Is willing to help train and lead others as we expand

• Are not confident leading installs
• Struggle with sheet metal work
• Only want to focus on one side of the trade
• Require constant supervision
• Cut corners or rush through jobs
• Can’t work well as part of a team or crew

✅RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading and completing furnace and A/C installations
• Fabricating and installing clean, professional sheet metal work
• Performing residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Working on multi-zone and multi-system homes
• Installing and servicing high-end, multi-stage, and variable-speed equipment
• Educating customers and providing proper solutions
• Supporting our preventative maintenance agreement program
• Participating in an on-call rotation
✅REQUIREMENTS:
• EPA Certification
• HVAC experience or trade/vocational/technical schooling
• Proven installation experience — this is not an entry-level role
• Strong sheet metal skills
• Ability to handle both install and service responsibilities
• Clean driving record
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
✳️PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• High-end residential work
• Commercial install / service and maintenance
• Advanced system knowledge — high efficiency, multi-stage, variable-speed, zoning, heat pumps and mini splits
• Boiler systems experience a plus, but not required
