For over a year this beautiful lakefront home has consumed my time and energy.
What started out as a couple of weeks of trim to help out the builder before the metal roof went on, turned into painting all the exterior work on the house, new cabana and renovated garage.
Then there was all the interior work that I was tasked with completing.
Both the homeowners and the builder are thrilled with the end result.

It took 2 full days of sanding & scrapping to bring these two cedar doors back from the dead.
After years of neglect I wasn’t even sure they could be saved and thought I might be painting them.
But the hard work (in this heat) paid off.
Homeowner it absolutely thrilled, as are her neighbors.

Aside from a few smaller jobs late last summer/fall I’ve been doing a lot of painting and detail work on this massive lakefront house, cabana and now an old garage being turned into guest house.
