This client had an old garden tub that leaked and caused the subfloor to rot. I tore everything out, replaced the subfloor, cut out the bad drywall, and installed wainscoating. The client decided not to replace the tub and use the space for storage, as well as go back and lay the flooring of his choice.

Last week, we finished up this bathroom remodel with a new tiled shower and ceramic floors!

The last few days have busy . We got the old floor pulled up and installed a new premium floor as well as installed a new Larson platinum storm door and converted a coat closet to a pantry with a lot more storage . They were great clients to work for . I’m looking forward to working with them again they already booked some more projects in September .
