It was a very sad time today that we had to take down one of the most beautiful sugar maples on our Towns Green. Half of the sugar maple was rotted and posed a problem and a hazard for any residence that were walking beneath it. Here is just a few pictures of the removal of one of the nicest sugar maples on the Towns Green. Please call Bruce Sullivan for any of your mature tree questions. Yesterday we had the pleasure of working on the massive copper beach tree in front of our Wells Turner library in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Any local welders avalible today to weld this winch support plate back on to a wood chipper? My guess its prpbably a 12-15" weld.. Thanks again for the referrals.. Mike!
