"We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Centurion. We got a few similar quotes but felt most confident with this company. The job was expected to take five hours. The crew of four arrived promptly at the stated time and immediately assessed our property and got to work. They took down three trees, including one that was so rotten that we're fortunate it didn't take out half our house. They cleaned up exactly as promised and since the job took half the time expected, so was our final price. I'd definitely use this company again in the future!"

Meet Tim, our co-owner and operator, son of John. Tim grew up in the tree business. He started going to estimates with his dad when he was just a small boy, then becoming the gopher on the job, and eventually becoming a licensed tree expert himself in his early 20's.

The tree looked healthy except for a couple of limbs that were hanging over the house. So thankful we were able to get these hollow limbs down before they damaged our customer's roof!

We recently had to remove this beautiful oak tree, and just look at those growth rings—an incredible reminder of how much history a single tree can hold.

The homeowner truly didn’t want to see it go. Unfortunately, because it was planted too close to the house, their insurance required its removal for safety reasons. It’s never an easy decision. As John, Centurion’s owner, always says, “I would rather save a tree than cut it down.” But when a tree poses a risk to a home or family, safety has to come first.

This is a great example of why planning matters. Before planting, take time to research how large a tree will grow and how its root system and canopy might impact nearby structures down the road. The right tree in the right place can thrive for generations without becoming a hazard.
