A 1908 Sea Cliff home returned to its original character and enhanced for a young family.

Later additions are carefully peeled back to reveal the clarity of the original architecture. 

The porte cochere is redefined with a new arched wall, while a congested living space is transformed into a light-filled kitchen wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass.
