One thing about me when I finally decided I wanted to run my own company, I did not drop everything I was doing and quit my full-time job for my company. I did plenty of side jobs to build up my reputation and then I started running my company full time I mean we have our ups and or downs on thangs sometime but it all levels out at the end there is not very many company owners that will be in the field on every job from the beginning to the finish
