🔧 Sewer Replacement 🏠Peoria, AZ

We got called out to a Peoria home for a sewer backup. After trying to clear the line with a sewer
machine, we brought in the hydro jetter 😁 then ran the camera and found the real problem: a tree root had grown straight into the sewer line, cracking the pipe and causing the whole system to back up.

We broke through the concrete slab inside the bedroom, hand dug 4 feet down, and excavated the front yard about 4.5 feet to access the line. We replaced the damaged section using trenchless technology, connected both ends with new fittings, and reinstalled the dual sweep cleanouts.

This is exactly why we always run a camera after clearing a blockage 😁 sometimes the problem goes deeper than a clog. 🎥

🚨 Concrete, mud, and a hidden water leak! 🚨

We got called out for a water service leak hiding right underneath a driveway. Here is how our crew tackled the mess:

🚧 Saw-cut and jackhammered the concrete for access.
⛏️ Dug through the thick mud to find a cracked PVC-to-copper transition.

🔧 Cut out the bad PVC and installed brand-new, durable copper.

🛑 The city meter wasn't fully shutting off, so we upgraded the shut-off valve and installed a fresh meter box.

✅ Pressurized, tested for leaks, backfilled, and poured a rough concrete patch to leave it safe!

Another big sewer job in the books for a Phoenix mobile home park! 👷‍♂️ 🔧

What started as a leak at Lot 142 turned into a full sewer line replacement for Lots 141-144. Our team installed 4-inch Schedule 40 ABS and added dual sweep cleanouts for easier maintenance down the road. 🏠💧

🕵️‍♂️ PEORIA CASE FILE: The Mystery of the Repeat Backup!

We were called out to a home in Peoria this week that had been dealing with constant sewer backups. Other attempts to clear the line didn't last. So we brought in the sewer scope.

The shocker? We found a fiber optic cable drilled straight through the main sewer line! 😱

🚜 The Fix: Our team excavated 4ft down, marked the strike, and replaced 40ft of pipe. We’ve reported the findings to the City, and they’re taking over the final tie-in.

🛑 The Lesson: Don't just snake a repeat problem 🫣get it scoped! We find the "unfixable" issues others miss.

Main Sewer Rescue & Cleanout Install in Glendale! 🚜🚧

We were called to a home in Glendale for a main sewer line that just wouldn't drain. The challenge? No cleanouts in the front yard, and the cable couldn't reach the blockage. 🚫

The Fix:
🔨 Excavation: We saw-cut the driveway and jackhammered down to the main line.
✅ Upgrade: Installed new Dual Sweep Cleanouts so the homeowner never has this access issue again.
🌊 Hydro Jetting: Used our heavy-duty trailer-mounted Jetter to scour the lines clean.
🎥 Inspection: Ran the camera to guarantee perfect flow.
