Bloom is applying for the Montana Historic Preservation Grant. We are seeking public comment in regard to the application. The project will be to expand the space available for the business by utilizing all structures on the property, currently there is a piece of the property that is not used. We intend on creating additional seating, expanding the business and rehabilitating this piece of the property for future use. Please leave your comments below.
