our company was started by two brothers from Pennsylvania that noticed a need for guys to repair and repaint leather fire helmets. Mike Gaffney is a volunteer firefighter in Delaware county station 05 (Glenolden). He works for a rescue company called TekSolv. Patrick Gaffney is a volunteer for Montgomery County station 29 (barren Hill) Patrick is still in highschool but plans to attend Widener Uni

versity and later become a career Fiirefighter. Our detailed paint work is all done by Mikes Fiance Annika Cornaglia. Annika is a volunteer Firefighter with Mike at Glenolden station 5, and an EMT in Springfield Delaware county. She MRCP in Plymouth meeting PA.

Gaffney brothers helmet refurbishing.

Price list 2013-2014

Shipping $15

Strip and repaint: $65
We strip the paint (in a way that will not harm the leather) after the helmet is stripped we let everything dry and ad a coat of primer and 2 coats of requested color paint.

Minor refurb: $110
Our minor refurbishing includes stripping, filling in major cracking in the helmet (this does not mean holes in the leather), and finally painting the helmet. (We consider a minor refurb job one that takes less than 3 hours to do and that does not need minor cracks to be filled.)

Full refurb: $130+
Our full refurbishing includes stripping, filling in major and minor cracking in the helmet (this does not mean holes in the leather), and finally painting the helmet. (We consider a full refurb job one that takes more than 3 hours to do)

Custom paint: $5+
Add a custom paint job to any helmet. Want a different color on the bottom than the top? Or your name on the brim? Or even your station numbers on the back? Let us know and we can work with you to make your helmet perfect for you.
