Last week, our herb group started a butterfly garden for Eric Unkauf at the shirt factory annex. We planted milkw**d (common, swamp, showy), butterfly w**d (for monarchs), joe pye w**d, ironw**d, echinacea/coneflower, black eyed Susan’s, parsley (eastern swallowtail), hollyhock (painted lady), asters, phlox, daisies, Baptisia /blue false indigo, yarrow, and seeds for zinnias and Mexican sunflowers. We still have another large section to plant on the opposite side - need more plants
