I picked up a vintage Chicago Cutlery Cleaver for my own personal use in Lincoln last week. I have vintage cleavers from the 1920’s and maybe older. But not Chicago Cutlery. All my kitchen knives are vintage Chicago Cutlery. Three of them are not vintage, they are newer. One of them is a cleaver. So I am happy to add this to my collection. I got it razor sharp and oiled up. Yes I have already cut myself on it.

A popular item we sell is our Ulu knives. Ulu knives come from Alaska. They are a useful tool for cutting veggies, sandwiches, pizza, or anything else you need to cut or chop in the kitchen.

I talked to my financial advisor the other day. He told me I was gonna have to work until noon on the day I die. So he and I came up with a retirement plan. Sharpen knives and play drums until I die. Sounds like a pretty good plan to me.

A lot of people ask when we will be at the G.I. Market. Here are some projected dates when we will NOT be at the G.I. Market as it stands now. Unless something comes up at the last minute we will be at the market except these dates.

June 27th.
August 22nd.
September 12th.
