Typically, Christmas time is associated with snowfall ❄️ ⛄️ cold temperatures 🥶 and shoveling to access vehicles while navigating icy roads. 🧊 🛑

This year, however, we are experiencing 50-degree days the whole week! 😎 ☀️ We are taking advantage of the opportunity to schedule last-minute outdoor projects, trash removal, and providing assistance to property owners with urgent repairs and rentals that need to be ready for market!

Finished up this project for some friends of ours and got another opportunity to use our new Graco 495XT. The low pressure setting on this pump is AMAZING!! For this project we used BondPlex a specialized steel siding coating and after a 24 hour re-coat time we finished with SW Superpaint. Color our client chose is SW Tricorn Black and we personally think it looks phenomenal!!

Pretty stunning what a misplaced Brad nail in a shelving unit can cause!! On this occasion it took over 5 years for the nail to rust and finally pop free from the pex causing a pin hole leak and for us to get the emergency call that they hear water in the wall! BIG thanks to Davenport Plumbing was “Johnny on the spot” (forgive my pun) 😂 on this one assisting with a quick repair before it got out of control and we were able to remediate the issue, dry everything out, and make the necessary repairs to get this property back in shape for its next tenants
Special thanks to Southwest Iowa Dumpsters for having their dumpsters at the project for the duration of the project. These guys are as reliable as it gets, and we couldn’t have got this one completed without a great team around us.

Well…I’ve been experimenting with AI to assist with some digital marketing, etc. and for some reason my wife is saying it can’t figure out the human face…personally I think I look great but I’ll let you guys be the judge 😉
