Finally got to visit this beautiful finished roof-up addition that T.j. Forrester designed for a client in West Seattle. The addition created a grand bedroom/ bathroom suite above that really takes advantage of the view of the Olympic mountains and the sound. (Need more space? Sometimes a client will come to us with a pretty clear sketch of what they want to do, and other times it's pretty vague! Either way, we work together to figure out exactly what you want and to translate that into buildable plans. This little sneak peek at a sketch and draft plan is from a sweet little house that Oak Tree Design put together for a client in Northern California.
