Rave design+build We are a family owned, full service, design+build firm with extensive experience in the building industry.

Rave is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Ray and Melisa Wamsley. Ray has more than 30 years of experience crafting custom homes, renovations and light commercial projects and provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients. His work has consisted of everything from simple latticed trellises to 5000+ sf homes to handcrafting millwork and refinishing furniture. Melisa holds a

Bachelor's of Environmental Design in Architecture and has 20 years of experience designing an array of spaces and structures. She provides our clients with a fresh perspective, a keen eye for detail and unlimited creativity. We firmly believe the success of a project begins and ends with open and honest dialogue with the client. From conception to completion we will work tirelessly to assist our clients in achieving their dreams and we tailor each project to each client's specific needs and budget. Your home is your sanctuary, a canvas for your treasures, a place where you retreat and gather with friends and loved ones. It should be a reflection of your family and carefully planned to accommodate your lifestyle while providing energy efficient spaces and respecting its natural site and neighborhood fabric whenever possible. Ray and Melisa also offer design and build services independent of one another and have worked with several other industry professionals in the area. Tuesday entailed a farewell lunch for Johnny who became Melisa’s right hand over the last 3 years. He’s all moved into his dorm at Tech and is pursuing a degree in Construction Management after completing his Associates at RCC.

We are sure going to miss him!
