Check out this cool sign I made for a customer!

This was my first time using my plunge router with carving bits, and I have to say, it was a fun process. Thanks to a few YouTube tutorial videos, I picked up some great tips and techniques along the way.

The finished sign is simple, yet classy—exactly the look we were going for. I'm excited to keep building on this new skill and already have a few more designs in mind. I’m thinking “Welcome to Camp” and “Welcome to the Lake” might be next!

It’s always fun learning something new and adding another tool to the woodworking toolbox. What do you think?

My first event of the year! Come see me tomorrow (Mother’s Day) at the Hooksett, NH Farmers Market from 10:00 to 1:00. The market location is 1292 Hooksett Road (the parking area between Dunkin' and Walgreen's).

Today marks 23 years since the collapse of New Hampshire’s legendary Old Man of the Mountain.

It’s hard to believe it’s been that long. I still catch myself expecting to see that iconic profile every time I pass through the notch. it wasn’t just a rock formation- it felt like a quiet constant, a symbol of the state, and a familiar presence for so many of us NH natives.
I created this piece as a way to hold onto that memory and honor what it meant. Even though the stone face is gone, its spirit—and the connection people feel to it—remains.

Another fantastic barn quilt class in the books!

I had such a creative and fun group on Friday at Night Owl Quilting Studio—everyone brought their own style and energy, and the finished pieces turned out amazing.
There’s something really special about spending time together, getting a little messy with paint, and watching each design come to life. Thank you to everyone who joined in and made it such a great time!
