We carved out intentional spaces for how this family actually lives: built-in entertainment, a mini fridge and counter for hosting, a dedicated craft room, and a laundry room that doesn't feel like an afterthought.

The staircase got a facelift too—a sleek new railing with clean lines opens up the space and lets light pour through.

This growing family wanted a primary bath that matched the style of their recently renovated spaces—light, bright, and full of personality.

We installed custom cabinetry from JL Rosewood for the vanity plus built-in storage under the window to maximize function. A new walk-in shower features a striking tile accent wall that brings energy to the space. We relocated the plumbing, added a new window, and updated every finish from countertops to fixtures.
