✨ Adds depth + custom feel
✨ Breaks up a large plaster hood

Cons:
🔥 Heat + grease on spices
🧽 Harder to clean
📏 Can eat into landing space (NKBA suggests ~12” one side, ~15” the other)
💸 More labor + cost on top of a Venetian plaster hood

These arched range niche + built-in spice cubbies have me torn. 🤔
