"Several months ago I bought a used Kabota 30 horse tractor that was purchased here new in 2016. It had sat in a barn for years and only had 48 hours on it. I used it briefly and discovered that the four wheel drive did not work. I took to another dealership closer to my location to find out that the front right shaft was never installed. I reached out to them and talked to the assistant manager at Ascension Mrs Jane. It put my faith back in humanity. She was so nice and helpful. She understood my situation and contacted the warranty rep who went to the other dealership and checked it out. They covered the complete cost to fix my tractor. They could have very easily said not our problem and I would have been stuck. From now on I will make the drive for parts and service and share my story to everyone. Thanks again for helping me !"

"According to Zippia, there are more than 10,998 mowers working in the United States. We can repair a good chunk of them! We sell parts for all of the machines that we carry, plus a few that we don’t. However, we can not get parts for Toro or Bush Hog mowers.
