The Crossing Xtreme Tree Service is a Job Training Program of the Crossing Educational Center. Our mission is to empower struggling students to become contributing members of their communities through academics, job training and faith-based mentoring. The Crossing Xtreme Tree Service is a Job Training Program which takes struggling students and teaches them five core values: Teamwork, Initiative,

Safety, Integrity and Honor. Our students are given extensive training in safe operations of the equipment utilized in our business as well as training in entrepreneurship and business management. It is our goal to empower students to manage the tree service as much as possible, which means allowing them to run equipment, have a say in financial and business decisions, and interact with clients.
