Sun is out & it's supposed to warm up. Heading out to the greenhouse to pot up some herbs. I'll have Dill, Cilantro & Curly Kale "Scottish Kale" (I've been able to grow this variety thru summer) It makes some AMAZING soup. It freezes well & can be dried into kale chips. I'll also be planting my spinach & will likely have some left if you are interested.
