Honestly thought a gallon of gas and a match would’ve been the best option at this place but we just got in there and took care of business!! This place had been destroyed by rats, squatters and other vermin. We completely gutted it out, installed new insulation, new windows, Sheetrock, flooring and basically everything else. We can turn your dump into a beautiful place!!

Timber framed front porch addition. If a tornado hits…..this thing will NOT BUDGE!! It is as solid as can be!! 6x12 beams, 4x6 rafters, 6x6 posts, and 2x6 car siding for decking/exposed ceiling. All built out of Douglas Fir and Yellow Pine. Douglas Fir has the same look as cedar but it’s stronger and more budget friendly!!
