A chance of pace with no hidden surprises on this one. I removed the shower insert, installed a couple cabinets and shelves in its place high enough to have a hamper cabinet underneath it. Removed the whirlpool bath tub and created a large walk in shower with a bench and niche. Cut the top off the vanity tower, added a couple fresh coats of paint. I had some gray quartz installed with some rectangle basins. New exhaust fans, lighting, mirror, and all fresh paint throughout. I like the simple and clean look. The tile and quartz choices really tie in together with the shower floor tile and the linear drain just sets it off. Still waiting for glass on this one. It turned out great!

No clue where to start on this one. Probably one of the worst hidden conditions in a bathroom I've ever gotten my hands on. The last guy had zero clue what they were doing. Framing was removed down below to relocate the toilet. Not real sure why. There was zero waterproofing in the shower and it had all leaked and started to fall into the garage. That's why you don't remove framing!!! Weight, water. You know, gravity! So much work. Had to remove the subfloor over half way across the entire bathroom and reinforce underneath for the new toilet location, couldn't get it jacked up to perfectly level since this was on the main floor but I ended up having to self level a small portion of the floor. I can't keep harping on the poor job done before because there was just so much that was wrong but everything I did looks beautiful. Take a look.

This bathroom on the second floor didn't have much functionality as far as flow in my opinion. It was very narrow to get into the shower. What were they thinking? I had a suggestion to relocate the shower valve to the other side and make a wall there next to the toilet to fit the shower pan. Created much more room to access the shower in front of the toilet.the exhaust fan hadn't worked in years, the ceiling had lots of plaster repairs on it. I had to scrape it all off, repair that and apply knockdown texture to it. Fresh paint all around. Everything brand new! The homeowner found a bi fold shower door for this space. GENIUS!
Lots of adult words were used while redoing this bathroom but it turned out great and much more practical.

I had uncovered so many issues on this one. The floor was over an inch and quarter out of level in just 4 foot, each direction. Had a bad hump in center of the floor. No way I could've installed these 8 inch hexagon floor tiles and it have turned out looking so good or remotely level to install this modern vanity. The shower drain was leaking, the exhaust fan was choked out by the roll insulation, venting absolutely nowhere, doing nothing but making the walls sticky. The ceiling in the shower was so low from the can light above it. I removed that, made it right, opened it all up, removed the half wall. I had to skim coat everything. The walls were in very bad shape. I added knockdown texture to the ceiling, all fresh paint and trim. Turned out great!

Removed the carpet in this family room and kitchen, removed some laminate from the living room and ran all new lvp throughout. Pulled up the old school mosaic hand laid tile in the entry way and installed luxury vinyl tile. Turned out great! Not really sure why I didn't take all the before and after pictures of this one. I must've gotten excited to get started this time and just didn't take them. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The olive green tiles had to go. Grab bars galore. Leaky shower valve. This one got quite the facelift. One sink basins into 2 sink basins, and a brand new tiled shower. Much more functional for this growing family and a piece of mind that they will have no more issues with their bathroom.

Removed the dark lvp and installed a light oak lvp and added some color match base shoe trim.

I drove all over town checking the tile stores to locate the same tile that was in the shower across the room. I had never used Google lens before but I was able to locate the exact tiles from taking a picture of the shower. I was blown away and irritated at all the time I wasted when all I had to do was take a picture. This free standing soaker tub and tile wainscoting turned out great after the headaches subsided.

This basement flooded due to poor drainage around the house and a sump pump failure. Carpet had been removed, holes had been drilled for the walls to dry out and I came in and added new trim, some lvp throughout, and installed a small wet bar. I'm not really sure as to why these homes have clean outs and random drains in the middle of the basment floors but it sure doesn't make it easy to have them blend in with the rest of the floor.

The shower pan was cracked on this one and the homeowner just simply hated the look of it and never used it. I came in, removed it all and built them this beautiful shower. I really like the tile selections they chose on this one, very modern. The black to white contrast turned out great.
