This one was overdue for an upgrade… 👀

The old shower had a failing pan, heavy staining, and a dated look that just wasn’t cutting it anymore.

💪 We came in and:
✔️ Removed the damaged base and outdated surround
✔️ Installed a brand new, clean white shower system
✔️ Added built-in shelving for better storage
✔️ Reinstalled a sleek sliding glass door
✔️ Made it solid, sealed, and built to last

Now it’s bright, clean, and ready for years of use 🙌

👀 Would you walk up these stairs every day?

The lower set of stairs on this deck had become soft, worn out, and unsafe. Over time the boards had deteriorated and the structure didn’t have enough support underneath.

So we tore them out and rebuilt them the right way.

🔨 Installed brand new pressure-treated lumber
🔨 Added the proper number of stair stringers for strength and code compliance
🔨 Built them solid so they’ll last for years

The difference in strength and safety is huge.

We’ll be back next month to rebuild the upper set of stairs so the entire staircase is safe and updated.

If your deck stairs feel bouncy, cracked, or soft, it’s usually a sign they’re starting to fail.

A longtime client sent me the first picture and said the mold restoration company wanted a ridiculous amount of money to patch this 18x18” square after they did their mold treatment in the ceiling. We got it patched up for them! And saved them a bunch of money in the process!
