“Great Company! Called several companies at 12 am due to AC System in my home failing through this insane heat wave we are in. Everyone was booked until late afternoon the next day. Ideal temp was my last attempt expecting them to be just as booked as everyone else, they In fact were. As anyone would be, frustrated with the situation. I got up the next morning getting ready to call more places, Matt with ideal temp reached out and asked if I still needed help. He was able to squeeze me in very quickly before the heat got back up over 100 outside. Their technician Andreas arrived earlier than promised, was very straight forward and honest with what I needed along with a more than fair price to get my home back to normal. Matt then reached out promptly after Andreas left my house, to make sure my visit went well. If you need help with any hvac issues, this is the only place to call.”
