Adding a bit of light to the garden and of course, WEEDING, as always ๐Ÿฅด

We LOVE to see earthworms in our beds because it is a sign that we have good soil that will help our plants thrive!

๐Ÿชฑ Earthworm Truth Bomb ๐ŸŒง๐ŸŒฑ
Iโ€™m not escaping the soil. Iโ€™m suffocating, looking for air.

โ€ข I breathe through my skin โ€” rain can drown me
โ€ข I tunnel and aerate your garden for free
โ€ข I process 10 tons of soil per acre every year
โ€ข My castings? Worth $2,000 per ton in natural fertilizer
โ€ข I enrich soil with 700% more plant nutrients
โ€ข I can live 10 years โ€” but die on concrete in 10 minutes
โ€ข One of me = the power of 1,000 bacteria

๐ŸŒ Protect your soil. Protect me.
Iโ€™m not a pest. Iโ€™m the engine of your gardenโ€™s health.

With spring in full swing and temperatures rising, snake sightings are becoming more common across Louisiana. Donโ€™t be alarmedโ€”most of the 47 native snake species in our state are nonvenomous and play a vital role in keeping our ecosystems healthy by controlling rodent, insect, and even fish populations.
