This is a major renovation project in Parker County at a riverfront location. There were major structural changes to the roof and interior wall structures. The the roof structure was replaced with a custom scissor trust design supported by a beam and collar tie system using cedar components and custom steel hardware. The ceiling is finished off with a nickel gap plank siding in between the beams. The custom kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, a large island, built in coffee station, utility closet and much more. Several windows and sliders were retrofit into the exterior walls and allow tons of natural light inside, brightening up the space. The custom lighting package boasts lighting above, underneath and below the cabinetry, up lighting on the collar ties to highlight the ceiling and of course plenty of recessed lighting in the ceiling itself. Modern appliance fire places in both the living room and Master en Suite. The en Suite was relocated to the other side of the bedroom with a large walk-in shower, two vanities, a linen closet and plenty of storage. A 10' sliding door was installed in it's place for ambient light and breathtaking view of the river. The Master boasts a large walk-in closet with custom cabinetry and plenty of storage and a laundry room.
