4 Season Property Maintenance is seeking qualified candidates for full and part time positions. We are a year round property maintenance company serving the Grand Haven, Spring Lake and Norton Shores areas.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Landscape Contractor to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and have experience in landscaping, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, hardscaping, and general yard maintenance
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a crew to complete projects on time
• Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Good morning!

I hope you all are having a good Christmas week so far. The recent snowfall has certainly made things look more festive!

I am reaching out to you today as we anticipate a significant snowstorm late this week. With conditions deteriorating into blizzard-like conditions by Thursday evening, 4 Seasons will serve you the best that we can in the forecasted extreme weather conditions. This looks and sounds like:

Keeping driveways and roads clear so that you may come and go as needed.
Not shoveling sidewalks each time we plow. This will allow our shovelers to concentrate on driveway access near garage doors. However, there are certain complexes that have main entry points that will be shoveled (those that do not have garage access to their units).
I will err on the side of caution in regard to the health and safety of 4 Seasons’ plow drivers and shovelers. You have my word that we will get to your property as soon as we are able.

Your grace and understanding is appreciated during this impending Christmas storm.

I hope that you have a meaningful Christmas with your families!
