JEMCO Painting just finished re-building this cedar and metal door with a large window. The original got caught by the wind and torn apart; so some extra braces were added.

Before and after pictures of a bathroom remodel Jemco completed (other than the plumbing). Did you know that over 1/2 of American households have mold? Most often from water damage in bathrooms and kitchens that is not properly repaired. Also, commonly from poor construction. This bathroom had plywood under the tile which allows the tile to shift and the grout to crack. This lets water in and it saturates the plywood. Hardiebacker cement board should always be used with tile installation. It stabilizes the tile and grout and is also moisture and mildew/mold resistant. If your contractor is willing to cut corners you may want to rethink hiring them. Call Jessica at 970-216-7315 for a free estimate!
