🐎🏡✨ From world-class thoroughbred horse stables to a breathtaking luxury residence, this East Texas project has been one of the most unique and rewarding projects we’ve had the privilege to be part of.

The Platinum team is honored to contribute to this extraordinary property, where innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence come together.

Our journey on this project began with the construction of state-of-the-art thoroughbred horse stables, where our team installed open-cell and closed-cell foam insulation, MoldBloc drywall, and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) wall panels throughout the living quarters, offices, and genetic laboratories.

The level of modernity, cleanliness, and efficiency designed into the breeding and care of these world-class horses is simply impressive. Every detail reflects a commitment to excellence worthy of these incredible animals.

Today, we are nearing completion of the owners’ stunning custom residence—a truly exceptional home featuring our premium Level 5 museum-quality finish throughout. The scale and craftsmanship of this home are extraordinary, with amenities that include an approximately 1,500 sq. ft. fitness center and countless architectural details that make this property one of a kind.
