The lobby at the Sophie Maxwell Building in San Francisco just got an upgrade, bringing warmth, texture, and real acoustic performance to a newly opened affordable housing community.

Designed by LMS Architects and built by Swinerton, the project needed a lobby that felt as welcoming as the 105 workforce housing units, retail, and community spaces it leads into. Installer J&J Acoustics brought the design to life.
