Last Friday end of the day we had a call from a customer who was locked out of his house, they left home without bringing their regular house keys because they just enter thought the garage overhead door but it wouldn't open. They called us to come help them get in, we originally thought it had to be a garage door malfunction or failure, and their front entrances both had locked storm doors without a key hole. we unlocked the back door that hadn't had a key in over 20 years and was the last k**b in the house to be updated. We switched it to a one that matched the rest of the house and then re-keyed it to match the other locks on the house. We just got this letter today

Any remote or key fob brought in to be programmed will cost $50 for 1, or $75 for 2 at the same time. This fee gets paid whether the programming is successful or not.
