We are actively seeking a hard working individual for the 2024 season & beyond. This position, with time and experience will develop into a water well drill rig operator.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to loading trucks, driving trucks, dirt work, working outdoors and basic maintenance on equipment.

• Must have a valid driver's license. A valid Commercial Driver's License would be higher compensated.

• Come work with us to see the beauty of northern Minnesota's countryside.

• Willing to train the right person. Pay based upon experience

*Public service notice* we are beginning to see Very Deep frost. With the first cold we had a lot of lines under homes freezing up. NOW we are seeing waterlines buried under driveways and walkways entering homes. The lack of snow and cold weather is making for a bad year.
Freeze up are costly sometimes to fix. We recommend covering wells and lines with insulation and/or hay to slow frost. We do steam lines or run temporary lines but this is costly. Just the beginning to a long end of winter.
