We're celebrating Nancy Flaugher's 25th anniversary with Williams Distributing!

Before joining Williams, Nancy built valuable experience in the window industry. When Williams expanded into selling windows and doors, Rick Winkle invited her to join the team. Twenty-five years later, Nancy works in Kitchen and Bath Design and Sales and has seen both the business and industry evolve in countless ways.

When asked what she's taken away from her time at Williams, Nancy summed it up perfectly: "Amazing relationships with coworkers and customers."

Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for both customers and coworkers have made her an invaluable part of the Williams team.

Williams Kitchen & Bath had the pleasure of hosting an evening with our valued partner, Allen Edwin Homes, at the West Michigan Whitecaps game. Between the great food, cold drinks, and exciting baseball action, it was the perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy a beautiful night at the ballpark. Even Crash made an appearance!
