In January, I accepted a position at another company as an Office Project Manager. I travel half the time and in the office the other. I schedule, order, keep track of progress and work with homeowners very much like I did before. After I recently hit my 90 days I was also asked to stay on and given a work truck to drive. I am beyond thrilled and feel like it is such a good fit. I will no longer be working for myself. Here are a few pictures of the homes I have been working on. If you need me you know how to find me. Breast cancer effects 1 in 8 women. Chances are you know someone who has had this diagnosis. Early detection is what will save women’s lives. Women in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s are getting this diagnosis. It’s not too early to talk to your doctor if you have a concern. Let’s keep supporting women and talking about this! It is curable!

There is “built to code” and then there is a quality build. If you build to code you are building to a base level. It will pass code but will it be something everyone raves about? Will it hold up over time? “To code” is a bare minimum build.

So the next time you are asking for a discount, maybe look at the quality of the build, you are asking for. You pay for what you get.

It has occurred to me recently that it’s hard to put into words exactly what we do. It honestly is hard to find the words. I can show you the amazing results we have had. To tell you how… umm.. it’s unconventional. I take the bad and make it better. The older the better. Most trades won’t touch my projects and I’m ok with that. I have had great success in the work I have done. I still am not used to people asking me “how did you do that”. My process is hard to explain. I recently asked someone else to explain “you are a unicorn that puts the magic and sparkle back into a space… that’s what I’ve got.” So non conventional design and construction for your projects that are not cut and dry! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣🤪

PSA: Don’t purchase ZLine appliances!!

I have never been so disappointed in a company or product in the residential field more than I recently was made aware of than ZLine products. While their design is updated and modern their functionality just misses the mark. We recently had to take out a 6 month oven because it leaks gas. We checked multiple components and it is actually something in the oven. For peace of mind, we just replaced the entire unit with a different company. After looking into it we discovered that they are known to have carbon monoxide issues. Just scary!

Latest project:

-50 yards of dirt, 8 yards of stone for small decorative retaining walls, and trailers full of plants, trees, bushes, and roses! A house isn’t a home until you complete the landscaping! So far all my Lakeshore teams have come through for me in Lowell on this project! Thanks crew!! I consider all the companies I work with part of my crew and team.
