A big thank you to Dustin, an outside salesman from our Elkhart location, for stepping up and representing Big C Lumber at this event.

Career Quest 2026 is a two-day career exploration experience for 7th-grade students across Elkhart County. Nearly 50 local businesses from a wide range of industries came together at the RV Hall of Fame to provide interactive demonstrations and hands-on learning opportunities for nearly 3,000 students.

We're proud to support events like Career Quest that help students discover the many career paths available right here in our community and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals.

Today we are recognizing Brittany, a designer at our Structural Building Components Facility in Dowagiac! 👏

Brittany recently helped support our Eau Claire location with a small, but uniquely challenging project currently in the planning stages.

Today, we celebrate Brittany for her willingness to share her knowledge, support fellow employees, and work in a way that inspires confidence for our internal customers. She was nominated by one of her coworkers for this recognition, who shared that Brittany brought confidence and clarity to the project throughout the planning process.
