Notable upgrades include a NEW 100 amp sub panel. All new framing, plumbing, electric, sheetrocking throughout. Solid core doors, stairs and rails sanded and stained to match the Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Custom cut countertops and tile shower. New gas tankless water heater to replace existing electric one 🙌

Another big home transformation on the brink of completion. We took an old run down 12x12 deck and created a 16x12 addition for this family. Super insulated with 4 windows for tons of natural light. Ceiling fan, recessed lighting, wired for a wall mount tv on the back wall and a new lighted storage space under the addition. Clients are beyond excited. Can’t wait to share the finished pics next week.

Check out this beautiful 48” island range hood we installed this week! Gorgeous slim lines and very powerful airflow. Vented outside keeping the piping in the joist channel above. Thank you Ed and Beth for the opportunity to help upgrade youf kitchen!

Before and after of our latest kitchen remodel. We took an old worn out galley style kitchen and brought it to the super sleek stylish open concept space it is now. We removed multiple walls. Changed the AC air return to come out of the 10’ x 4’ island. Not a single inch we didn’t change. They can finally start making this house a home!
