Complete overhaul on this old home. The before exterior was a brick stamped masonry veneer. The customer asked for all white Board and Batten siding. So we stripped and furred the exterior walls with treated 1x4s before installing the new siding.

Stay hydrated this week its going to be a hot one. Here's a look into our week ahead.

This home is a getting an updated face lift. It will be getting storm (dark blue) colored board and batten all the way around with linen colored shake accent panels in both gables. White soffit and trim coil around the eaves along with all the windows and doors wrapped in white trim coil.

This home has been quite an undertaking. When it was first built black board sheathing was used to cut cost and no v***r barrier. On top of that the cement plank siding was installed incorrectly resulting in a lot of water damage around the front two center windows. The customer wanted to remove all the old siding and black board as well as install a larger window in the lower opening. They decided to go back with vinyl siding has they weren't really happy with the cement siding. We are still in progress at this moment and will give an end result soon.
