📣💦Policy Notice💦📣

Due to unfortunate reoccurrence of no payment/late payments on invoices we have been forced to change our billing policy.

Starting January 1st 2026 all service call and repair invoices are due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.

New water wells will require a 50% of cost deposit to begin drilling. Remaining balance will be due within 7 days of well completion.

Spring time is here and critters are out and about. Snakes, frogs, ants, etc... they will get in between the contact points and cause problems. Try to keep an eye on it and keep it free of critters.

Pump houses are a pain without a removable roof. Still managed to get this customer up and running with her new 3 hp with a VFD system. Out through the center of the roof, back down the center, and out the door to get the drop pipe in and out.

Rodents can cost you hundreds of dollars if you don't check the surrounding area. Make sure your well cover is flush to the ground with no cracks or holes. Try and clean at least 2 ft around the well. Free of leaves, weeds, shrubs, trash, etc... it might be a hassle but, rodents are more of a hassle, and more expensive than a rake and shovel.
