- Assist with asphalt paving, grading, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and light machinery
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements:**
- Physical stamina for outdoor labor
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Experience in construction or paving a plus, but not required
- must have valid driver’s license with clean record
