A contractor needs this in order to perform work!

Check licensing on contractors before you call them out to your property. This’ll help save you some time and also prevent you from hiring someone that let their license go! Some will still blatantly lie just to get the work!

This house needed siding sections replaced prior to build. When doing Cedar builds… I will stain/seal all sides of the material after sanding the each board for that thorough 100% treatment. I then allow the boards to cure prior to going to the project. It does require handling the material quite a few times in order to go through the entire process.
Maintaining the look on wood does require reapplication of sealer to keep that high end look. Keep in mind that wood builds do have continuous costs in order to keep that beautiful appearance.

Customer wanted perforated metal in between the stringers to keep the critters out. Sheetmetal accents around the lower perimeter of the deck along with wrapping the wood posts.
