Got a call to do an extension from an existing patio. A 10x10 deck and also fix a leaking awning. Got the leak fixed and put together the deck with hidden fasteners. Owner was super happy with it. We got called out to do a make ready. Framed in a wall. Installed a corner shower, flooring, toilet, cabinet, new faucet for sink, and light fixture for bathroom. Installed a washer connection box and plumbed. Installed a dryer receptacle and vent and shelving for utility room. Sheetocked both bathroom and utility room. Fixed tape seams in a bedroom and textured. Installed a receptacle for stove. Installed trim and caulked. Changed deadbolt and door handle on front door. Another custom shower. Mrs. Mary Peyton loved her last shower so much she decided to have another installed. Removed old fiberglass shower, removed wall, rerouted plumbing, built custom shower, and installed beautiful shower glass enclosure. It turned out beautiful and she loved it. This was the early stages of a curbless custom shower with a 12x24 niche and a bench seat. Started by tearing out fiberglass tub and framing everything in. Waterproofed, and then tiled. We got a call about replacing some rotten facia/ soffit and also adding a metal roof. The sweet lady was having a small deck added prior to us doing that. Well she had some issues with the guy so we told her not to worry we could do that also. We got all the rotten removed and replaced. We then added her deck and installed the metal.
