Tore out the old smaller deck, along with 2 sets of concrete steps. Then framed in this 23ft long x 10 ft. wide deck with two sets of stairs and a 16 ft box step! Nice project with just 3 days start to finish.

700 sq. Ft picture framed Trex Deck. All new framing, 12 in on center on both sides with a 10 in. On center octagon overlay with decking ran on 45 degreees. All treated lumber wheather proofed and taped for extra precaution. A few Trex benches, picture framed stairs, Westbury drink top railings 🔥

Pictures of the roofs that were just finished up. Both houses had their box gutters that were leaking removed, rotted sheathing and fascia boards replaced before installing new soffit/fascia. Both houses had Owens Corning Duration shingles installed along with new drip edge and chimney flashings.
